The following regulatory change becomes effective in Czech Republic on April 1st, 2011:
End customers calling a 90X number must have the possibility to complain via e-mail or a Czech landline number (both possibilities must exist). During ordinary office hours calls have to be answered live and in Czech, outside office hours callers should have the chance to leave a message.
